Our commitment in times of crisis

An open letter from Deliverect CEO Zhong Xu

On behalf of the entire Deliverect team, I would like to affirm our commitment to supporting food businesses around the world. We know this will be a very challenging time for food and hospitality businesses worldwide, and we are worried and sad about the impact the coronavirus will have on the industry, the local businesses, their revenues, financial and personal health alike.

I have grown up in the restaurant business and I know how challenging an industry can be even in good times. My goal has always been to bring technologies to restaurants to help them face their biggest pain points and bring them closer to their customers.

It is in times like these that I – and Deliverect’s team – feel empowered to continue this mission and to do everything to help you cope with the fallout of the coronavirus outbreak.

One of the only ways to still serve your customers today is through delivery and takeaway – our area of expertise. Therefore, to do our part to support you, we have decided to waive all set-up & activation fees for restaurants that decide to sign up with Deliverect. We have also made all our subscription plans monthly and you can decide to cancel anytime – there is no catch. It is our responsibility to help you set up and carry out online delivery and takeaway, and automating your online order flow with Deliverect will help you to do so.

I would also like to re-affirm that despite operating from home, all our teams globally are working and ready to help wherever possible. We are all in this together, so let’s support each other as best as we can and stay hopeful about the future.
